¶8J.A.M. appeals the court's judgment that his two children, H.M. and J.M., were without proper care, custody, and support pursuant to section 211.031.1(1)(b).

¶9Having carefully considered the contentions on appeal, we find no grounds for reversing the decision. Publication of a formal opinion would not serve jurisprudential purposes or add to understanding of existing law. The judgment is affirmed. Rule 84.16(b).
