¶2Adhering to, the opinion I expressed in the case of Price & Barton v. Page, Treasurer, that this court has no original jurisdiction except in the exercise of its superintending control over inferior tribunals, I think wo should not take cognizance of this case. I concur, however, with the majority of the court, in the conclusions at which they have arrived, in respect to the other questions involved in the case.
