Charles Edward Shannon appeals the district court's1 refusal to set aside a default judgment in this civil forfeiture case. Having carefully reviewed the record, we are convinced that the district court did not abuse its discretion. Accordingly, we affirm the district court's judgment. See 8th Cir. R. 47B.
