<p>The charge of the court as to the effect of a plea of not guilty upon two counts of the indictment was not subject to the exceptions taken.</p> <p>Tt was not error to charge the jury to the effect that they could convict under the second count of the indictment, in which the description of the check alleged to have been forged showed no indorsement, although the check in evidence was indorsed.</p>

¶1The court did not err in charging the jury as complained of in grounds 4 and 7 of the amendment to the motion for a new trial; the other grounds of the motion are not argued; there is evidence to support the verdict, and the judgment is
