¶1Theft of cattle is the offense; penalty fixed at confinement in the penitentiary for a period of two years.
¶2. The indictment is regular. A plea of guilty was entered. The facts are not before this court; nor. is there presented complaint of any ruling during the trial.
¶3The judgment is affirmed.
