Gable v. Gorey

¶1Judgment of the City Court of Yonkers in favor of plaintiff in an action brought to recover damages for personal injuries and property damage arising out of a collision between two automobiles unanimously affirmed, with costs. There was a sharp question of fact upon which the jury has found in favor of the plaintiff. There is ample proof in the record to sustain the finding. Present — Lazansky, P.
