¶1In an action to recover the value of certain merchandise which was stolen while in defendant’s possession as trustee, judgment dismissing the complaint on the merits unanimously affirmed, with costs. No opinion. Present — Lazansky, P. J., Carswell, Johnston, Taylor and Close, JJ.
