¶1In this foreclosure action, judgment was awarded the plaintiff dismissing the counterclaim of the appellant and directing foreclosure and sale as demanded in the complaint. Judgment unanimously affirmed, with costs. No opinion. Present — Lazansky, P. J., Hagarty, Carswell, Johnston and Taylor, JJ.
