¶2On considering the petition of the relator in the above entitled and numbered cause,
¶3It is ordered that the Honorable William T. Bennett, Judge of the Criminal District Court, Parish of Orleans, hold a bail bond hearing within 48 hours, on relator’s petition for reduction of bond, and make a determination of the adequacy or inadequacy of the bond as fixed in this matter.
