¶1The defendants’ only assignment of error is to the failure of the court below to sustain their motion for judgment as of nonsuit made at the close of plaintiff’s evidence and renewed at the close of all the evidence.
¶2In our opinion, plaintiff’s evidence was sufficient to carry the case to the jury and we so hold.
¶3Affirmed.
