MORROW, P. J.

¶1The conviction is for the 'unlawful manufacture of intoxicating liquor; punishment fixed at confinement in the penitentiary for a period of two years.

¶2The indictment is regular. The record is before us without statement of facts or bills of exception., Nothing is presented for review in the motion for new trial.

¶3The judgment is affirmed.
