GRAVES, Presiding Judge.¶1Appellant is being held in custody under an extradition warrant.
¶2Since perfecting his appeal in this court, appellant has filed a written motion duly verified requesting the dismissal thereof.
¶3The motion is granted and the appeal ordered dismissed.
