¶1Action to recover damages for malicious prosecution. Appeal from an order granting defendant’s motion to dismiss the amended complaint for “ insufficiency in law ” and directing the clerk to enter judgment accordingly. Order affirmed, with ten dollars costs and disbursements. No opinion. Lazansky, P. J., Hagarty, Carswell, Adel and Taylor, JJ., concur.
