¶1The conviction is for murder with malice; the penalty assessed is confinement in the state penitentiary for a term of 30 years.
¶2The indictment and all matters of procedure appear to be in regular form. .The record is before us without a statement of facts, in the absence of which nothing is presented for review.
¶3The judgment is therefore affirmed.
