¶1Action to recover damages for personal injuries sustained by plaintiff when he was struck by defendant’s automobile truck. Order granting defendant’s motion for a change of venue from Orange county to Kings county for the convenience of witnesses affirmed, with ten dollars costs and disbursements. No opinion.
