1. ““On October 5, 1960, defendant’s trial commenced. At this trial he was represented by Donald K. Smith, assistant public defender. No objection was then made to any procedure having reference to the arrest of defendant or to any of the proceedings preliminary to trial. No objection was made to the jurisdiction of the court either as to the person of the defendant or to the subject matter involved. * * * ” 125 N.W.2d at 48 . “At the arraignment the information was read and an endorsed copy of it delivered to him by the clerk of the district court.
