¶1Appeal from an order denying defendant’s motion to change the place of trial from the county of Schenectady, where plaintiff resides, to the county of Albany, where the automobiles collided. Order affirmed, with ten dollars costs and disbursements. Hill, P. J., Bliss, Heffernan and Sehenck, JJ., concur.
