¶1Action to recover damages for the wrongful death of plaintiff’s intestate, alleged to have been caused by defendant’s negligence. Order granting defendant’s motion for the examination of plaintiff before trial affirmed, with ten dollars costs and disbursements, the examination to proceed on five days’ notice. No opinion.
