PER CURIAM.

¶1After a careful consideration of the briefs and record on appeal, the court concluded that appellant has not made error appear. Accordingly, oral argument is dispensed with pursuant to Rule 3.10(e), FAR, 32 F.S.A., and the judgment appealed from is affirmed.

¶2Affirmed.
