¶1The appellant was tried, non-jury, and found guilty of robbery and assault with intent to commit murder.
¶2Reversal is sought on the ground that the court erred in admitting the in-court identification of the defendant by one of the victims.
¶3After careful consideration of the record and briefs we have concluded that the point is without merit and that no reversible error has been demonstrated.
¶4Affirmed.
