¶1Granted in part, denied in part. This matter is remanded and the district court is ordered to expeditiously conduct an evidentiary hearing on the age-based claims in defendant's motion to quash.
¶2In all other respects, defendant's writ is denied. Defendant's request for a stay of the proceedings is also denied.
