¶1Judgment granting to the plaintiff a separation from the defendant, directing him to pay to the plaintiff alimony at the rate of seven dollars a week, and dismissing on the merits the defendant’s counterclaim for an annulment of the marriage between the parties, unanimously affirmed, with costs.
