¶1Action by plaintiff wife to recover damages for personal injuries suffered as the result of falling into a hole created when the pavement collapsed in the back yard of premises in which she resided, and by her husband for expenses and loss of services. Judgment in favor of plaintiffs unanimously affirmed, with costs. No opinion. Present — Hagarty, Acting P. J., Carswell, Johnston, Adel and Lewis, JJ.
