People v. Wackstein

¶1Judgment of the Court of Special Sessions of the City of Hew York, Borough of Queens, convicting defendant of the crime of violating section 483-b of the Penal Law, reversed on the law and the facts, the information dismissed and the defendant discharged. In our opinion defendant’s guilt was not established beyond a reasonable doubt. Appeal from order denying defendant’s motion for a new trial dismissed. Close, P.
