¶1Action to recover damages for the death by drowning of plaintiff’s intestate,' alleged to have been caused by the negligence of the defendant in furnishing a boat which was unseaworthy. Judgment for the plaintiff, and order denying defendant’s motion to set aside the verdict and for a new trial, unanimously affirmed, with costs. No opinion. Present — Close, P.
