¶1 In this bankruptcy proceeding, debtor Sheila Thuriow’s husband, Thomas Thur-low, moved to have the automatic stay lifted so that their pending divorce case *412 could proceed. The bankruptcy court granted the motion. Sheila appealed to the district court, which dismissed her appeal.
¶2 We have reviewed the briefs, pertinent portions of the record, and the applicable law. There is no reversible error in the orders of the bankruptcy and district courts. The judgment of dismissal is AFFIRMED.
