¶1Order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated July 12, 1966, affirmed insofar as appealed from, with $10 costs and disbursements. Ho opinion. Appeal from order of the same court dated Hay 23, 1966 dismissed, without costs. That order was superseded by the order dated July 12, 1966, which granted defendant’s motion for reargument. Ughetta, Acting P. J., Christ, Brennan, Rabin and Hopkins, JJ., concur.
