¶2I think the decision of the Board of Appeals was not erroneous and should be affirmed, and I dissent from the decision of the majority in reversing the board with with respect to claims 12, 13, 35, and 36.
¶3As to the action of the majority in affirming the rejection of claims 14, 16, 17, 31, 32, 33, and 34, I concur in the conclusion.
