Per Ouriam:

¶1The judgment sought to be reversed in this case was rendered in the court below on February 12,1880, and the case was not brought to this court until June 30, 1881, more than one year after the rendition of the judgment in the court below; hence, under § 2, ch.126, of the Laws of 1881, we have no jurisdiction of the case, which must be dismissed. (Estate of McDermott v. Loftus, ante, p. 68.)
