¶1The following decisón was rendered at the June term, 1868.

Dixon, C. J.

¶2This case comes up on exceptions to the instructions given and refused. We think the law applicable to the case was stated correctly in the charge of the learned judge to the jury, and see no error for which we think the verdict and judgment ought to be disturbed.
