¶1We have reviewed the brief filed by the Public Defender on behalf of this appellant and appellant’s pro se brief as well as the appeal record. Based thereon, we hold *388that the issues raised by and on behalf of the appellant are without merit.
¶2The judgment and sentence are affirmed.
