¶1Action to recover damages for personal injuries suffered by plaintiff, a pedestrian, when he was in contact with an automobile owned and driven by defendant. Judgment of the City Court of Yonkers, entered on the verdict of a jury in favor of plaintiff, unanimously affirmed, with costs. No opinion. Present — Hagarty, Acting P.
