¶1In an action for a separation, defendant husband appeals from a judgment in favor of plaintiff wife, dated March 4, 1946, and from an order and amended judgment (one paper) dated March 29, 1946. Order and amended judgment unanimously affirmed, with costs. No opinion. Appeal from original judgment dismissed, without costs. Present — Lewis, P.
