<bold>Automobiles — negligence of driver — contributory negligence</bold>. <block_quote> Where uncontradicted evidence disclosed that plaintiff's conduct in approaching and attempting to turn to his left in an intersection was in direct violation of Minn. St. <cross_reference>169.19</cross_reference>, subds. 3, 4, and 1, and that he was otherwise negligent therein without excuse or justification; and that such negligence was a proximate cause of his collision with a bus traveling on his left through intersection, <italic>held</italic> court properly granted defendants' motion for dismissal with prejudice by reason of plaintiff's contributory negligence.</block_quote>
