Warshawsky v. Green

¶1Appeal from a judgment of no cause of action, entered upon the verdict of a jury at a Trial Term of the Supreme Court for Sullivan County and from the order denying plaintiffs’ motion to set the verdict aside. The action was for alleged negligence and involved only questions of fact. The verdict was not against the weight of credible evidence, nor were there any errors committed sufficient to require a reversal. Judgment and order affirmed, with costs. All concur.
