Decided 2008-04-03

¶1 Affirmed by unpublished PER CURIAM opinion.

¶2 Unpublished opinions are not binding precedent in this circuit.

PER CURIAM:

¶3 George Henson, Jr., appeals the district court’s orders denying his application to proceed in forma pauperis and dismissing his 42 U.S.C. § 1983 (2000) complaint. We have reviewed the record and find no reversible error. Accordingly, we affirm for the reasons stated by the district court. Henson v. Dillman, No. 3:07-cv-00694-REP (E.D.Va. Nov. 23, 2007; Jan. 30, 2008). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before the court and argument would not aid the decisional process.

¶4 AFFIRMED.
