¶1concurring in part and dissenting in part.

¶2I concur in the majority’s affirmance of appellant’s adjudication of guilt. However, due to the concerns I expressed in my partial dissent to Wilson v. State 2I dissent to Division 17 of the majority opinion, and to the affirmance of the death penalty as it requires death by electrocution.
