¶1Order denying defendant’s motion to vacate plaintiff’s demand for bill of particulars or, in the alternative, to. modify such demand, insofar as appealed from, affirmed, with $10 costs and disbursements, and the defendant’s time to serve the bill of particulars is extended until ten days from the entry of the order hereon. No opinion. Hagarty, Acting P. J., Carswell, Johnston, Adel and Sneed, JJ., concur.
