¶1Action to recover brokerage commissions on the lease of a garage. Judgment dismissing the complaint at the close of the plaintiff’s proof reversed on the law, with costs to appellant, and a new trial granted. The evidence adduced by the plaintiff established a prima facie case. Nolan, P. J., Carswell, Johnston, Sneed and Wenzel, JJ., concur.
