¶1concurring.

¶2I concur in the opinion and in the affirmance of the conviction and death sentence. With regard to the enumeration of error discussed in Division 17, however, it should be emphasized that this Court has consistently and recently held that execution by electrocution is not unconstitutional. King v. State, 273 Ga. 258, 261 (5) (539 SE2d 783) (2000); Heidler v. State, 273 Ga. 54, 66 (25) (537 SE2d 44) (2000); Gissendaner v. State, 272 Ga. 704, 716 (16) (532 SE2d 677) (2000).
