¶1The offense is unlawful transportation of intoxicating liquor, with a prior conviction for a like offense alleged for enhancement of penalty; the punishment, a fine of $750.
¶2The record on appeal contains no statement of facts or bills of exception. All proceedings appear to be regular and nothing is presented for review.
