¶1We are affirming the judgment in this case sentencing each of the defendants to 60 days in jail and a $100 fine on a charge of illegally selling intoxicating beverages. The alleged improper questions asked by the Commonwealth’s Attorney did not constitute reversible error.
¶2The motion for an appeal is overruled, and the judgment is affirmed.
