¶1We have reviewed the record, on appeal and the briefs filed herein, the appellant having failed to file his own brief within the time allowed by this Court. Our consideration of the record on appeal requires us to concur with the representation of the Public Defender that no justiciable assignment of error could be made as to the proceedings below.
¶2The judgment appealed from is affirmed.
