¶1In a proceeding under article 78 of the Civil Practice Act, order, entered on the decision of an Official Referee, after a hearing, dismissing the' petition for an order directing the respondent municipal officials to issue a license for the operation of certain amusement devices, unanimously affirmed, with $10 costs and disbursements.
