¶1Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the County Court, Suffolk County (Cacciabaudo, J.), rendered August 6, 1996, convicting him of robbery in the first degree, upon his plea of guilty, and imposing sentence.
¶2Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.
¶3Contrary to the defendant’s contention, his factual allocution was sufficient (see, People v Leviyeu, 256 AD2d 359).
