¶1The defendant permitted the time to pass without perfecting his appeal. However, on petition the record was ordered filed in the Court of Appeals for review.
¶2The case on appeal notes some minor objections to the introduction of testimony. Review, however, discloses the objections are not sustained. In fact, the record before us fails to disclose any error either in the trial or in the judgment.
¶3No error.
