¶1I join Justice Mosk’s opinion only insofar as it resolves the issues of (1) the propriety of accepting appellant’s guilty pleas to counts 1, 6, 7 and 10, and (2) the adequacy of appellant’s waiv*759er of the privilege against self-incrimination. I also concur in the judgment of the court.
