¶1In re Tebbe, Mitchell; — Defendant; Applying For Supervisory and/or Remedial Writs, Parish of Orleans, Criminal District Court Div. C, No. 489-968; to the Court of Appeal, Fourth Circuit, No. 2010-K-0275.

¶2Writ Granted. The relator represents that the district court has failed to rule on outstanding discovery motions. If the district court has not yet acted, the district court is ordered to consider and rule on any motions immediately.
