¶1—Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Firetog, J.), rendered August 12, 1999, convicting him of murder in the second degree, upon his plea of guilty, and imposing sentence.
¶2Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.
¶3The defendant’s plea was knowingly, voluntarily, and intelligently entered (see, People v Harris, 61 NY2d 9).
¶4The defendant’s remaining contentions are without merit. Bracken, Acting P. J., S. Miller, McGinity and Schmidt, JJ., concur.
