PER CURIAM.

¶1The- offense is the unlawful possession of beer and whiskey in a . dry area for the •purpose of sale; the punishment, 30 days in jail and a fine of $300.

¶2The record on appeal contains no statement of facts or bills of exception. All proceedings appear to be regular, and nothing is presented for review.

¶3The judgment is affirmed, and no motion for rehearing will be entertained in this appeal.
